Scrivetemi - Ecrivez moi

Je crois que la cuisine unie tous les sens, les parfums, les couleurs, les saveurs, le toucher et bien sur la vue... Mais souvent on croit que c'est difficile et compliqué. Alors je vais proposer des recettes simples et faciles, mais bonnes.
Pas de haute cuisine, mais des plats de tous les jours que n'importe qui peut faire, et surtout en jouir.
Je suis curieux et goûte à tout, donc toutes les nouvelles recettes proposées ou envoyées, seront essayées.
Je ne garantis pas de poster ici tous les jours, mais le plus souvent possible.

Penso che la cucina stimoli tutti i sensi, i profumi, i colori, i sapori, il toccare e la vista ovviamente... Ma spesso crediamo che sia complicato o difficile. Per questo vi proporrò delle ricette semplici da fare, ma buone. Piatti che si possono fare tutt'i giorni , e che chiunque può fare, e sopratutto gradire.
Sono curioso e goloso, perciò se mi mandate delle ricette le proverò, e tutte quelle che metterò qui saranno prima testate da me. Non garantisco di scrivere ogni giorno, ma il più spesso possibile.

Sablés aux trois confitures


Une recette toute simple mais délicieuse pour un bon petit déjeuner.

Normalement ces biscuits se font plus petit, j'ai voulu les faire plus grand (12 avec la pâte de 20), et puis y mettre trois confitures différents, et bien sur faites à la maison.

Ingrédients :
125 g de beurre coupé en cubes et ramolli 
125 g de sucre en poudre
2 càc de zeste de citron finement râpé 
1 oeuf 
250 g de farine 
1 càc de levure bio sans gluten
Confitures de citrons, oranges, et myrtilles. 



 Battre le beurre, le sucre, et le zeste de citron sous forme de crème .Ajoutez l'oeuf, incorporez la farine et la levure tamisées jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte homogène. Couvrir et garder au frais 30minutes.

Préchauffez le four à 180°
Couvrir deux plaques de cuisson de papier sulfurisé.

Abaissez la moitié de la pâte sur 5 mm d'épaisseur,découper 12 cercles avec un emporte pièce rond (environ 8cm). Abaissez l'autre moitié de pâte et découpez 12 autres cercles. Retirer le centre des cercles avec un emporte-pièce rond plus petit.
Enfourner les biscuits 8 minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés.
Laissez tiédir. 
Étalez les confitures sur les biscuits entiers et couvrir des biscuits évidés,en appuyant doucement pour souder. 
Et voilà, le jeux est fait.
